To ensure the best possible print quality, please follow the guidelines below when submitting your logo artwork:

• Image Quality: Logos must be supplied at a minimum resolution of 300 × 300 dpi for smooth, high-quality printing.

• Backgrounds: Your logo should be on a transparent or white background. Please note that while proofs may display a white background, this will not be printed. If you wish to see a proof without the white background, please upload artwork with a transparent background.

• Accepted File Formats: We accept the following formats: .jpg, .png, .gif, .eps, .svg, .ai, and .pdf.

• Image Sizing: If resizing is necessary, please upload the largest original version of your logo. Enlarging small images may result in reduced print quality.

• Image Responsibility: You are responsible for the quality and clarity of the artwork provided.

• Proof Approval: Your order will be printed exactly as per the proof you approve.

• Final Sign-Off: Once a proof is approved, no further changes can be made to the artwork.

• Error Liability: We are not responsible for any errors that were not highlighted in writing at the time of proof approval.

• Print Style: Printing is currently available in black only. Colour logos will be converted to greyscale. Please note that light colours may appear faint when printed.

• Returns: Personalised items cannot be returned unless the item is faulty, in which case our standard T&Cs apply.
