3. Day trip to a theme park attraction of winning school’s choice, with locations available nationwide, including one-day theme park admission and roundtrip coach travel from school to attraction.

4. Day trip to a museum attraction of winning school’s choice, with locations available nationwide, including one-day museum admission and roundtrip coach travel from school to attraction.

Entries close on 26th July. Winner will be drawn within 5 working days of the closing date. Winner will be contacted within 10 days by email and telephone and will have 30 days to claim their prize.

b) Who will organise the trip or experience?

Your trip or experience will be arranged by Element, a specialist provider with extensive experience in arranging unique prizes and experiences across the UK and beyond. The winning school will have a dedicated point-of-contact at Element who’ll answer any questions, arrange everything on your behalf, and ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout the experience.

c) Are all locations covered for trips and experiences?

We aim to accommodate schools and nurseries across the UK. Final arrangements will depend on location and availability, but we’ll work with you to find the best possible option.

d) When can the trip or experience take place?

The trip or experience can be scheduled at a time that works for your school or nursery, subject to availability and agreement with our team. We’ll need a minimum of six weeks’ notice to make arrangements, but we’re happy for you to redeem the prize any time within 12 months from the date when you’re notified that you’ve won.

e) Can the trip or experience be tailored to me?

Specific requests will be subject to availability and will depend on the activity suppliers/venues that we’re booking with. However, we’ll do everything we can to ensure that the experience meets the winning school or nurseries requirements and preferences.

15% discount will be added to orders when using code ADVANTAGE15. Discounts are applied to the ex-VAT sub-total amount. Exclusions apply; you will be notified of no further discount. If your establishment already has an agreement in place that supersedes this offer, your usual contractual discount will apply. Offer is redeemable multiple times and ends on 26.07.2026. Promoter reserves the right to charge full price in respect of any order where it believes that the offer is being used contrary to these terms and conditions or in bad faith.

2. This prize draw is open to customers aged 18 and over in the UK who place an order from 13th April to 26th July 2026. The prize draw is not open to employees of the promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of this prize draw.

3. To enter the Prize Draw you must place an order, purchase is required.

4. One order equals one prize draw entry for orders placed 13th April- 26th July.

5. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.

6. The closing date for the prize draw is midnight 26th July and will include all eligible orders placed from 13th April (start of the promotion).

7. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process administered by the promoter and under the supervision of an independent member of the Promoter’s staff.

8. The winner will receive the prize as outlined below. (a & b)

a) Win back everything you spend

The winner shall be entitled to receive their entire spend back, up to the full value of all orders placed during the promotional period from 13th April to 26th July. This amount is to be used for future orders.

In addition to the spend-back entitlement, the winner will receive an extra £2,000, which will be added to their total prize balance to use on future orders.

The total prize balance (comprising spend entitlement and the additional £2,000) does not need to be redeemed in a single transaction. The winner may place multiple orders and use the available prize balance across several transactions until the full balance has been exhausted.

All prize balance must be redeemed within twelve (12) months from the date of issue. Any unused balance remaining after this period will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash or credit.

b) The winning school or nursery can also choose ONE from the following FOUR options:

4. Day trip to a museum attraction of winning school’s choice, with locations available nationwide, including one-day museum admission and roundtrip coach travel from school to attraction

· All options are suitable for up to 150 children, divided into 5 classes of up to 30 children per class.

· The external day trips (Options 3 and 4) also include admission for 25 adults, equating to 5 adults per class of up to 30 children.

· Options 1 and 2 are suitable for children of Nursery age and above. Options 3 and 4 are suitable for children in Year 1 and above.

· The winning school must choose one option for all 150 children; it will not be possible to choose different options for different classes/age groups.

· The on-site experiences (Options 1 and 2) must take place on the same day for all 150 children.

· The external day trips (Options 3 and 4) can take place on the same day for all 150 children, or can be split across multiple days with different classes travelling on different days.

· All options are available across the United Kingdom. Specific theme park and museum attractions are subject to availability.

· The Prize Provider will try to accommodate specific requests about the content of the winning school or nursery’s chosen experience, but these requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

· Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

· The prize must be taken during term time and must be redeemed in full by the end of the 2026/2027 academic year at the latest.

· The winning school or nursery must provide three possible dates for their chosen experience, with no less than six weeks’ notice in advance of the earliest date on their list.

· Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended.

· All adults accompanying children on trips must be aged 18 or over. All children must have parent or guardian permission for activities and excursions.

· The prize excludes trip insurance, food and drink, additional costs, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated above.

· The Prize Provider is Element London Limited.

9. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.

10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable (except where the winner is not a school or nursery customer and therefore nominates a school or nursery customer to win). No cash alternative is offered.

11. The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

12. The promoter shall use and take care of any personal data you supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry and for sales promotional materials (e.g. social media and emails from Findel to customers announcing prize winners) relating to the competition.

13. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this Prize Draw or accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law.

14. The prize winner's name may be made available within the Findel, gls and atoz website and social platforms if the prize winner consents to this.

15. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion cannot run as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries, where required.

16. Participants in the draw are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
