The Mitre ® Impel Lite Football is a lightweight ball designed to help young players transition to an adult size ball. It's 20% lighter than the official weight. Size 5 is usually recommended for players 14 and over, although this lighter option is also suitable for younger players.

Do not over inflate. Moisten the needle before insertion to protect the valve. Store away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure balls are clean and dry before storing and keep in a ventilated bag.
