Designed for secondary schools and colleges, this vibration generator with accessory kit enables teachers and students to explore wave phenomena and kinetic theory through hands-on experiments. Ideal for physics lessons, it supports demonstrations of standing waves and molecular motion models.
The frequency response encompasses the whole of the audio spectrum and beyond. Electrical input is made via two 4mm sockets and the mechanical output is provided by a shaft terminating in a pair of clamping nuts. The locking slider feature allows the generator arm to be fixed to prevent damage. The Vibration Generator can be used in any position, free standing or clamped.
Includes vibration generator (B8H30701) and accessory kit (B8H30920) with coil spring, rubber cords, Chladni plate, piano wire loop, steel strips, transparent tube, 20 coloured plastic balls, and cable ties
