This Summer, we are giving our school and nursery customers the chance to win big and really make a difference to their school or nursery. Simply order to enter and be in with a chance of winning big! There will be a prize draw each month in June, July, August and September.

All customers can enter. If a customer enters and they do not work at a school or nursery, they can nominate a school or nursery to claim the prize.

Simply place an order each month, from June to September, to enter that month’s prize draw. One order equals one entry.

There are 4 prizes available in total: £4k to be won in June, £3k to be won in July, £2k to be won in August, £1k to be won in September All to be spent on resources from Hope. Simply place an order of any value to enter each month.

Winning customers will receive an email and a phone call from a customer services representative, who will reference the last order placed to identify themselves, and then will help to coordinate the prize delivery.

Each draw closes at midnight on the following dates and is drawn within 5 working days: June Prize Draw: 30th June (includes orders from 27th May), July Prize Draw: 31st July, August Prize Draw: 31st August, September Prize Draw: 30th September

Winners who do not work in a school or nursery can nominate their preferred school or nursery to benefit from the prize by sharing the contact details of the Head Teacher of the school or a senior representative.

1. The Promoter of this prize draw is Findel, 2 Gregory Street, Hyde, Cheshire, SK14 4TH.
2. This prize draw is open to customers aged 18 and over in the UK who place an order from 26th May to 30th September 2025. The prize draw is not open to employees of the promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of this prize draw.
3. To enter the Prize Draw you must place an order, purchase is required.
4. One order equals one prize draw entry for each prize draw June - September.
5. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
6. The closing date for the Prize Draws are: June Prize draw will close at midnight 30th June and will include any eligible customers orders placed from the start date of the promotion (26th May). July Prize draw will close at midnight 31st July. August Prize draw will close at midnight 31st August. September Prize draw will close at midnight 30th September.
7. For Each Prize one winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process administered by the promoter and under the supervision of an independent member of the Promoter’s staff.
8. The winner will receive the prize outlined. There are 4 prizes available in total. With one prize of £4k to be won in June to spend on resources from Hope, one prize of £3k to be won in July to spend on resources from Hope, one prize of £2k to be won in August to spend on resources from Hope, and one prize of £1k to be won in September to spend on resources from Hope. Simply place an order of any value to enter each month.
9. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
10. Each Prize Draw will take place within 5 working days of the closing date. Winners will be contacted within 10 days of each Prize Draw date by email and telephone and will have 30 days to claim their prize.
11. The prize will either be sent to the winner via the delivery methods outlined on our website which can vary by product. If the winner nominates a school or nursery, where they are not a customer from a school or nursery themselves, then proof of the final delivery can be sent to the winner. The prize will be sent to the winner by the date identified by Findel via our usual delivery method as outlined in the product and terms sections onsite.
12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable (except where the winner is not a school or nursery customer and therefore nominates a school or nursery customer to win). No cash alternative is offered.
13. The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
14. The promoter shall use and take care of any personal data you supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry and for sales promotional materials (eg Social Media and emails from Findel to customers announcing prize winners) relating to the competition.
15. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this Prize Draw or accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law.
16. The prize winner's name may be made available within the Findel and Hope website and social platforms if the prize winner consents to this.
17. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
18. Participants in the draw are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Exclusions apply; items excluded from the promotion are already at our lowest price, you will be notified of any items with no further discount.
