The Philip Harris SFX-91 LED Stereo Microscope 40x is designed to make hands-on science investigations engaging and accessible for students. Ideal for classroom use in primary, secondary and college settings, it enables detailed examination of solid objects such as rocks and fossils, supporting a wide range of biology and general science activities.

The Philip Harris SFX-91 Stereo microscope is a simple instrument that will allow the student to be completely in control and have fun investigating the microscopic world. A highly reliable instrument with solid construction.The internal NiMH rechargeable battery gives up to 8 hours use from a single charge. The time required for a full recharge is approximately 8 hours. Transmitted and Incident LED illumination of medium intensity. 

The SFX-91 also has a handle for ease of transportation and a touch controlled adjustable incident and transmitted illumination. 

Stereo Microscopes are more suited to examining solid objects, such as rock and fossil samples, as opposed to prepared microscope slides.
