The Philip Harris Polarimeter is designed for precise measurement of the rotation of plane-polarised light, making it ideal for secondary schools and colleges studying optics and polarisation. This robust instrument supports hands-on learning in physics, helping students observe the effects of optically active substances. The interior of the tube support is finished in matt black to reduce internal reflections and is held in position by a pair of 4 mm plugs and sockets.
