The Davies Sports Lightweight Gymnastic Mats are excellent for use in early years establishments and primary schools. Due to the lightweight nature of the product, they are easy to handle and store and therefore a very popular choice.
- Use for many P.E. activities including floor movements and general exercise.
- Create a large area with reduced movement, the hook and loop Link-a-Lay option fits together easily and securely.
- Manufactured using polyethylene foam with a latex anti-slip base to help reduce movement when in use.
- Gross motor skills and improved fitness.
- Strength and control.
- Balance and co-ordination.
- Most damage to mats occurs as they are being taken from or returned to storage. We recommend that mats should be stored flat or preferably on a suitable mat storage trolley.
- Do not store mats next to hot water pipes or radiators, as this will cause premature ageing of the foam, inners and covers.
- All Davies Sports branded mats are manufactured in the UK by an ISO-9001 registered supplier. They are manufactured to BSEN 12503-1:2001 and flame retardant to BS 1892-3:2003.
