We have now entered a new phase which will involve some schools and nurseries reopening for certain year groups, whilst other children will continue to be home schooled. We fully appreciate the importance of being able to service our customers at this critical time, and 100% of our efforts are being put into ensuring we do what we can to provide the essential resources you need.

Contact us

We are here to support you, so you can contact our Customer Service and Sales team to discuss your needs at any time by calling 0345 120 2055, sending an email via or chat with us online. All our employees continue to work from home, as the safety and wellbeing of our people is of the highest importance. Our warehouse team continue to work hard fulfilling customer orders and are fully compliant with government social distancing guidelines.

We are committed to supporting you and will continue to deliver to schools, nurseries and homes whilst still offering next day delivery. Like many businesses however, our stock levels are being stretched on certain products such as cleaning, hygiene and PPE, but I would like to assure you that we are working hard to improve availability and to expand our ranges.

You will notice some of our products are listed as direct delivery, this means they are despatched straight from the supplier, so may be temporarily unavailable, or have extended delivery times. This is due to some suppliers not being operational or having low/no stock at this time. Please check with our Customer Service team for the latest updates and availability, especially if the item is required urgently.

Resources to support you

In these challenging times we have recognised the need for advice and support for not only professionals, but parents too which is why we launched our resources for home learning when schools and nurseries closed. Easy-to-understand and inclusive, the resources include work sheets and activities for early years, nursery and primary children. The resources are all completely FREE with unlimited access so that all professionals can freely copy, share and mail out to parents and care givers. All the resources are available here

In addition to the free resources, we are providing tips on taking care of you and your colleagues wellbeing. We have a plethora of written pieces to help you get through the next few months. Whether you’re an SBM trying to handle a difficult conversation, or a teacher looking for methods to de-stress after a day of supporting your class from afar; we have lots of great articles covering these topics and more...

At this time it is important that we all work together, so during the COVID-19 isolation period, we will be using our social media channels as a way of sharing resources we think you may find helpful, including fun activities to do at home and ways for you and you’re your loved ones to stay as happy and healthy as possible. You can find us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Plus, for those teaching early years and nursery aged children, our Early Years Instagram page is full of great ideas and inspiration. Whether it’s a crafting activity or learning in the home, our early years Instagram page will continue to share fun ideas to enrich your home learning plan.

Chris Mahady, Managing Director, commented ‘We are working hard during the COVID-19 crisis to ensure teachers, SBMs, nursery workers, childminders, parents and care givers are supported appropriately. We have introduced a range of free resources to cover early years and primary learning and will continue to support both professionals and parents in every way possible. From all at Hope Education, we want our teaching and education community to know their work in these challenging circumstances is very much appreciated.’
