We fully appreciate the importance of being able to service our customers at this critical time, and 100% of our efforts are being put into ensuring we do what we can to provide the essential resources you need.
We are here to support you as normal, so you can contact our Customer Service and Sales team to discuss your needs at any time by calling 0345 120 2055, sending an email via email@example.com or chat with us online. If you’d like to speak to us via Microsoft Teams or Skype, we can arrange that too.
Most of our employees continue to work from home, as the safety and wellbeing of our people is of the highest importance, however some of our team are now working at our head office where appropriate.
We are committed to supporting you and will continue to deliver to schools, nurseries and homes. Like many businesses however, our stock levels are being stretched on certain products due to manufacturing and delivery delays as many suppliers recover from Covid related closures. We are working hard across our supply base to improve availability for both stocked items and those listed as direct delivery. Some direct delivery items may be subject to extended delivery times. Please check with our Customer Service team for the latest updates and availability, especially if the item is required urgently.
Next Day Delivery Service: Available – order before 12pm
Standard Delivery Service: Available – deliveries are taking between 2-5 working days currently

We continue to offer next day delivery at the moment however our cut off time has been reduced to 12pm. From Monday 13th July we will be temporarily suspending our next day service until the following week to ensure we process all deliveries before schools close.
Our warehouse team continue to work hard fulfilling customer orders and we are fully compliant with the latest government social distancing guidelines. All of our delivery partners are also operating a contactless delivery service for your safety.
Please make sure you update your summer opening times with us, you can update these within the Your Profile section of Your Account on the website, or contact Customer Service who will update your account for you. This will ensure we only deliver to you when we know you are open, if we don’t have this information your order will be held until the start of the new term.
Resources to support you
In these challenging times we have recognised the need for advice and support for not only professionals, but parents too which is why we launched our resources for home learning when schools and nurseries closed. Easy-to-understand and inclusive, the resources include work sheets and activities for early years, nursery and primary children. The resources are all completely FREE with unlimited access so that all professionals can freely copy, share and mail out to parents and care givers. All the resources are available here.
In addition to the free resources, we are providing tips on taking care of you and your colleagues wellbeing. We have a plethora of written pieces to help you get through the next few months. Whether you’re an SBM trying to handle a difficult conversation, or a teacher looking for methods to de-stress after a day of supporting your class from afar; we have lots of great articles covering these topics and more...
At this time it is important that we all work together, so during the COVID-19 isolation period, we will be using our social media channels as a way of sharing resources we think you may find helpful, including fun activities to do at home and ways for you and you’re your loved ones to stay as happy and healthy as possible. You can find us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Plus, for those teaching early years and nursery aged children, our Early Years Instagram page is full of great ideas and inspiration. Whether it’s a crafting activity or learning in the home, our early years Instagram page will continue to share fun ideas to enrich your home learning plan.
Chris Mahady, Managing Director, commented ‘We are working hard during the COVID-19 crisis to ensure teachers, SBMs, nursery workers, childminders, parents and care givers are supported appropriately. We have introduced a range of free resources to cover early years and primary learning and will continue to support both professionals and parents in every way possible. From all at Hope Education, we want our teaching and education community to know their work in these challenging circumstances is very much appreciated.’
