Our school closure and home-schooling support
With measures in place changing daily, it’s understandable that many teachers, nursery workers, school business managers and childminders are looking for advice and support during these unprecedented times. We are committed to supporting you and will continue to deliver to schools, nurseries and homes offering next day delivery. All UK all Direct Delivery lead times may vary due to some suppliers not being operational at this time. If you would like us to still deliver to you, please let us know and we will keep you updated on the status of your order.
In these challenging times we have recognised the need for advice and support for not only professionals, but parents and childminders too which is why we’ve launched our resources for home learning.
Easy-to-understand and inclusive, the resources include work sheets and activities for early years, nursery and primary children. The resources are all completely FREE with unlimited access which means professionals can freely copy, share and mail out to parents and care givers. All the resources are available at www.hope-education.co.uk
In addition to the free resources, we are also providing tips on taking care of you and your colleagues wellbeing to help you take care of you. We have written a plethora of written pieces to help you navigate the next few months. Whether you’re an SBM trying to handle a difficult conversation or a teacher looking for methods to de-stress after a day of supporting your class from afar; our team at Hope Education have written several pieces covering these topics and more...
In times of crisis, it is important we all work together and during the COVID-19 isolation period, we will be using their social media platforms www.facebook.com/HopeEducationUK and www.twitter.com/hopeeducationuk as a way to share great resources spotted elsewhere, morale boosting content and links to activities you can complete at home.
Plus, for those teaching early years and nursery aged children, our Early Years Instagram page is full of great ideas and inspiration. Whether it’s a crafting activity or learning in the home, our Instagram page www.instagram.com/hope_earlyyears will continue to share fun ideas to enrich your home learning plan.
Chris Mahady, Managing Director, commented ‘We are working hard during the COVID-19 crisis to ensure teachers, SBMs, nursery workers, childminders, parents and care givers are supported appropriately. We have introduced a range of free resources to cover early years and primary learning and will continue to support both professionals and parents in every way possible. From all at Hope Education, we want our teaching and education community to know their work in these challenging circumstances is very much appreciated.’
