I want to know how to Register/Open a new account
Public Bodies (including schools, hospitals, prisons, etc) and PLA/WPPA/SPPA/NIPPA members automatically qualify for a 30-day free credit account.
Private Nurseries and Trade Customers may apply for an account subject to status.

I would like to set up/refurbish a nursery
If you are planning to set up new premises, or would like guidance on refurbishing or expanding an existing set-up, our expertise and advice is completely free of charge. Hope Education sales consultants can give you one-to-one advice tailored to your individual circumstances.
International information
Our comprehensive International service covers all aspects including a quotation service, product suitability advice or recommendation, order processing and consolidation and of course appropriate shipment or transportation. We can prepare and despatch order to meet your specific requirements - packed by teacher, reference or class number.

Delivery
Speedy 2-4 day delivery!
If you place your order before 4pm, Monday-Friday, you will receive your delivery 2-4 working days thereafter, most often on the 3rd day providing all items are in stock at time of order. This however excludes direct delivery. 2 man delivery items may take longer.
Carriage & Delivery (UK Customers)
All orders will be delivered FREE of charge providing the order value is £250 or more (excluding VAT). Some large furniture items may attract an additional delivery charge. Any order under £250 (excluding VAT) will carry a delivery charge of £6.95.
NDNA Publication Orders
Delivery charges for NDNA publication orders under £100 will carry a delivery charge of £3.95. For orders over £100 delivery is FREE of charge. Please allow 15 working days for delivery.
Direct Despatch
Please note that certain items may come from the manufacturer and may take longer to despatch. Some items are also manufactured at the point of order and can take 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. In both instances such items will be identified throughout the catalogue. Please note that with furniture and other large items the price quoted is for delivery to ground floor. An additional charge may be levied by direct suppliers for delivery within a specified timeframe e.g. 9am-1pm should you have a particular delivery requirement please enquire before placing your order.

We carry extensive stock to avoid delivery delays, but if you want to check availability first call our customer service team on 08451 20 20 55, they will be happy to advise you on our product range.
Made To Order
Manufactured especially for you at the time of order, therefore delivery may take 4 to 6 weeks.
Disposal of Waste Electrical Electronic Equipment- WEEE
The United Kingdom is under an obligation to minimise the disposal of Electrical and Electronic Waste Equipment (WEEE) in domestic waste, and to encourage recycling, recovery and environmental sound disposal methods. Hope Education is committed to promoting the re use, recycling and recovery of WEEE product by contributing to the VALPAK compliance scheme. WEEE Products or Packaging will be marked with a crossed out wheelie bin symbol (see below) to indicate that the product should not be disposed of in general domestic waste but disposed of through an approved WEEE scheme.
