Installing the software is absolutely safe. No other unwanted program will be installed.

No, you don't! While working on your calendar, you do not need any connection at all although to get the latest software updates, prices and to upload your order you will need to connect to the internet. Before then you can spend as much time as you want modifying your calendar within the Hope Calendar Editor without incurring any internet costs.
Please note however that sometimes firewall settings will block internet connections, if you have firewall software installed on your computer please check your firewall settings and if necessary enable internet activity for Hope Education Calendar Builder.

Absolutely, you can start your Calendar on any month and even in any month next year or the year after if you so desire.

Select the file on your computer where you have saved your pictures. They will be shown automatically in the overview. The Hope Calendar Editor will not change your original pictures, regardless of the changes you make in the Hope Calendar Editor.
On your calendar you will see pages with a picture frame or frames. Select a picture on the right hand side of the page with your mouse. Keep the left mouse button pressed and drag the picture to your chosen frame on one of the pages. Release the mouse button and the picture will automatically be placed in the frame. Once you have placed a picture in one of the frames you can move it to another frame. Click with your left mouse button on the picture you want to move and drag it to one of the other frames. The picture filename will be highlighted so you can see it has already been used. You can place a picture more than once.

Double click with the left mouse button on any text box. The word processer will be opened. You can choose from different fonts, sizes and colours. If the text gets too big for the selected frame the text cannot be added. This also applies to the height of the text. With the align option you can align the text as you wish.

There are a range of layouts for each Calendar. If you want to change your lay-out click on the desired lay-out in the lay-out screen with the left mouse button and drag it to the desired page, it?s that easy. Remember however that if you change the layout of a page where pictures have already been added, the pictures will need to be arranged according to the new lay-out. If the new lay-out contains fewer frames you will get a warning that one or more pictures will be removed from the lay-out.

Our standard layouts require a minimum picture resolution of 1024 x 1024px in order to achieve good printing results. The photos whose quality does not allow correct printing results will be marked with a red triangle. They should not be used. Photos marked with a yellow triangle will not provide excellent results, but can nevertheless be used.
